hey guys, a few weeks ago I went to visit my parents in Virginia for the first time in over eight months. Growing up is weird and not easy at all. I thought making a “sad” mixtape would help, so here you go.
this is sort of a sequel to my mixtape “keeper”
This saturday Tessa Law and I will be giving a lecture at MICA.
Here is the event bio
“Come listen to graphic design alumni Ronin Wood ‘12 and Tessa Law ‘12 trick you into thinking they have their shit together.
Hear their thoughts on dealing with post-graduation depression, not finding your dream job and how to stay employed.”
So come on by !

A few months ago I got to design my first 12 inch record for a band named Modra. I honestly do not know anything about them. I have not even met them in person yet.
The album is out now on Savage Quality Recordings
This is a major dream come true. I have been listening to Dan Deacon since high school. His music is what exposed me to the art scene in Baltimore that later caused me to move there and attend MICA. My amazing brother Micah Wood books the concerts at MICA and he recently put on a major Dan Deacon show. Micah Wood is an amazing brother and asked me to design the poster. It was such an honor to design a poster for such an amazing show.
Thanks Dan/MICA/Micah

We really worked for a long time trying to perfectly craft this mixtape for you.
Matthew Thompson and I have been working really hard on a lot of new time spent stuff. On friday we will release our first mixtape. The mixtape features some of our favorite rap songs of now/all time. This is the teaser video for that mixtape.
I just moved to NYC about two weeks ago. The entire time I have been in this strange state of excited vulnerability. I made a mixtape to capture the feeling I have right now. I hope ya’ll enjoy it.
